The clod-crusher is intended for the ground preparation before the sowing, for levelling of the roughness and for the crushing of the clods. The crusher is furnished with special unit providing the permanent copying of the terrain, a superior levelling and ground treatment.
The 3-meters-crusher is massive (non-demountable), the next alternates over 3 metres have sidelong demountable arms. The demounting of the arms into the transport position by the 4 and 5 meters types is easy for the tractor driver or we can install a hydraulic unit on demand of the customer.
The front fanged edge is adjustable to 6 positions per 150. The rear plain edge is solid, welded on the frame of the crusher. Both of the edges are from plate 8 - 12 mm thick.
The carrying frame is welded to the frame of the crusher or it can be - by agreement with the customer - screwed up to the frame to be able for demounting any time.
By ordering of the clod-crushers of the width of 6, 7 and 8 meters the customer has to mention the sort and the measures of the attachment on his tractor. The types 6, 7, 8 and 9 meters the hydraulic unit for the demounting of the arms is necessary.
The clod-crusher is intended for harrow part with weight up to 34 kg.
For harrow parts with weight of 42 kg the reinforcing of the harrow parts carrier is necessary. In the order the customer has to mention the use of harrow parts with weight over 34 kg.
